Wesley Bourland

Wesley Bourland is the Vice President, Manufacturing of Northwest Hardwoods, Inc overseeing all 24 manufacturing facilities across the country. Wesley comes with experience as a respected leader in quality assurance, engineering, manufacturing operations, and facilities operations.

Prior to joining Northwest Hardwoods, He was a Senior Vice President and General Manager at Arcosa Inc.; formerly part of Trinity Industries Inc. There he spent almost 14 years in multiple roles, such as; Facilities Engineering, Director of Quality & Engineering, Vice President of Operations and Business Unit leader at Arcosa Wind Towers.

As part of the Northwest Hardwoods team, Wesley will lead the manufacturing team and all manufacturing operations. Here he will bring his multi-discipline experience to guide manufacturing on the path of Operational Excellence.

Wesley is a graduate of The University of Texas at Austin with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a proud veteran of the US Navy.
