Jane Hilton

Jane Hilton has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jane started their career in 1996 as an HR Coordinator at Hemophilia Health Services, where they worked until 2001. Jane then joined Accu-Crete/Phoenix Framing as an AR Specialist from 2001 to 2003. In 2003, they became a Benefits Specialist at Asurion before moving on to Volvo of Nashville as an Executive Assistant from 2004 to 2007. From 2007 to 2009, Jane worked as an HRIS Data Coordinator at Healthways. In 2009, they joined Parman Energy Corporation as an HR Generalist, where they stayed until 2013. Their next job was at Triumph Group, where they worked in Talent Acquisition from 2013 to 2022. Currently, Jane is an HR Generalist at NWI Aerostructures since 2020.

Jane Hilton attended Western Kentucky University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resources.
