Jennifer Spragge H.R.C.C.C. has a strong work experience spanning several roles and companies. Jennifer has worked at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization from 2014 to the present, holding various positions such as Vice President, Human Resources & Chief Ethics Officer, and Vice President, People and Technology & Chief Ethics Officer. Jennifer also provided guidance to the Board of Directors in terms of strategic planning and human resources strategies.

Before CGA Ontario, Jennifer worked at CBC Television starting in 1988. Jennifer held various roles including Senior Director, Human Resources & Strategic Planning, Director Human Resources & Customer Support, Senior Manager, HR & Customer Support, Manager Sales Support & Customer Service, Manager Customer Service, and Business Analyst. In these roles, they led human resources, industrial relations, and customer service teams and played an integral role in strategic planning and key initiatives.

Jennifer Spragge H.R.C.C.C. obtained their Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Radio and Television from Ryerson University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications in the following years. In 2016, they obtained the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II certification from Psychometrics Canada. Jennifer also holds the Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified (H.R.C.C.C.) certification, which they obtained from The Directors College in 2012. Furthermore, in 2011, they obtained the Simplex Facilitator & Profile Administrator certification from Basadur Applied Creativity.
