Jennifer Spragge H.R.C.C.C. obtained their Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in Radio and Television from Ryerson University, where they studied from 1984 to 1987. In addition to their formal education, they have acquired several certifications in the following years. In 2016, they obtained the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator Step I and Step II certification from Psychometrics Canada. Jennifer also holds the Human Resources and Compensation Committee Certified (H.R.C.C.C.) certification, which they obtained from The Directors College in 2012.
