Madiha Dawood Hasware has a diverse work experience in finance and risk management. Madiha is currently working as a Finance Manager - Business Planning & Enterprise Risk at the Nuclear Waste Management Organization, where they lead enterprise risk management and delivers insightful analysis on risk profiles. Prior to this, they worked at GSK, where they held various roles, including SME & Solutions Lead - World Class FP&A and Regional Planning & Forecasting Hub Lead. In these roles, they were responsible for designing solutions for FP&A projects and overseeing centralized commercial sales and operation planning. Earlier in their career, they worked at Ernst & Young as a Supervisor, where they worked on risk advisory and assurance services for financial services clients. Madiha successfully planned engagements and supervised audits for various clients, including Citibank Pakistan and Standard Chartered Bank Pakistan. Overall, Madiha has demonstrated expertise in finance, risk management, and strategic planning throughout their work experience.

Madiha Dawood Hasware's education history begins in 2003 when they attended PECHS Girls' School and obtained their Secondary School Certificate in the field of Business/Commerce. Madiha then pursued their Higher Secondary Certificate at DHA Degree College for Women from 2005 to 2007, with a focus on Commerce. In 2008, Madiha enrolled at Karachi University and earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business/Commerce, General by 2010. Concurrently, they also studied at the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan from 2008 to 2013, where they completed their program and became an Associate Chartered Accountant, specializing in Accounting and Finance.
