Margit De Kok serves as the Team Leader of Communications at NWO (Nederlandse Organisatie voor Wetenschappelijk Onderzoek) since April 2015, overseeing the communication team for the Exact and Natural Sciences domain and participating in the Communication Management Team. Prior to this role, Margit held positions as a Senior Communication Advisor and Communication Advisor for the Top Sector Chemistry. Prior experience includes roles at Hogeschool Leiden, Jong Florence as a freelance communication advisor, and NanoLabNL, where responsibilities focused on public relations and positioning in the nanotechnology sector. Margit's career began with roles at the Platform Bèta Techniek, Delft University of Technology, and Vitae, contributing significantly to external communications and project leadership. Margit holds a degree in Applied Communication Science from the University of Twente and has pursued further education in leadership and coaching.
