Kristen Meddock

Kristen serves as Human Resources Manager and oversees Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Management of the ATS and HRIS systems. Her duties focus on attracting top Construction, Development and Property Management talent as well as developing recruiting methods to gain exposure in the competitive marketplace. Kristen has over 6 years of Human Resource experience to include HR Management, Talent Acquisition, Generalist and Benefits Specialist. Prior to joining Northwood Ravin, Kristen sharpened her talents in the fields of Aviation, Cargo, NASCAR and Securities.
