Osam Koike

Osam Koike is a seasoned compliance and legal professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as Vice President of Group Japan Compliance & Governance at Nxera Pharma since May 2022, Osam has previously worked as a Compliance Officer at Audi Japan and held managerial positions at Shiseido and Sosei Heptares. With a robust legal background from Fujifilm Holdings Corporation and Fujifilm Corporation, Osam has also gained experience as a Law Clerk Associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP. Osam holds multiple degrees, including an LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from Cardozo School of Law and a Certificate from INSEAD's Aspiring Directors Programme in Corporate Governance.
