Kian Khar Ng

Kian Khar Ng is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, specializing in people technologies, rewards, and cultural transformation. Currently serving as the Vice President of People & Culture at Nxera since December 2021 and Vice President of People Technologies & Transformation at Singtel since July 2011, Kian manages comprehensive compensation and benefits programs for a workforce exceeding 23,000 employees across more than 20 countries. Prior roles include serving as Assistant Director of Rewards Strategy in the Prime Minister's Office, where Kian oversaw public service rewards policies, and as a Planning Officer for the Ministry of Home Affairs, focusing on policy and legislation review. Kian holds a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Imperial College London.
