Earle Munns

Mr. Munns is a dynamic and uniquely experienced Corporate “C-Level” Chief Executive Officer, Corporate Strategic Planning, and Chief Growth Officer. He has Commercial and Public Sector Growth and P&L responsibilities, including Lines of Business and Divisions of Large and Mid-Tier Companies. Munns leveraged his JD and MBA, becoming BAE Systems M&A Senior Vice President with about 35 successful acquisitions and sales of Companies and their assets. His pinnacle of M&A success was the BAE Systems Acquisition of LMCO Electronics Sector and GE Aerospace Division in 2000 ($7.67B/ Mr. Munns signed/ Wash Post Front page).

Mr. Munns is a retired U.S. Army Colonel, and was an Army Acquisition Executive, Warranted Contracting Officer, and Deputy Program Executive Officer on Active Duty. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, an MBA in Finance, and a Juris Doctor degree. Mr. Munns left Active Duty for duty with the TXARNG in 1989 and retired from the U.S. Army in 2008. At the same time Mr. Munns left Active Duty, he was also employed by the National Intelligence Company E-Systems, Inc. addressing Corporate Strategic Planning and Growth. Raytheon bought E-Systems in 1995 and Mr. Munns continued Service with Raytheon.

Mr. Munns attained highly successful Corporate Growth with measurable and sustainable outcomes in each C-Level position held at E-Systems, Raytheon, BAE Systems, Omen, and AC Technologies, all in the Defense, National Security, and Federal Civilian markets.
