Earle held positions such as Senior Vice President and Chief Strategic Growth at NXTKey Corporation, Vice President National Security Markets at The Addx Corporation, and Vice President Defense Programs at Ace Info Solutions LLC. Before transitioning to the private sector, they served in the US Army for over three decades, including roles as a Regional Vice President and Vice President at the US Army and National Intelligence Agencies. Earle also held executive positions at Raytheon and E-Systems, focusing on global business development and building strong relationships within the federal government. Throughout their career, Earle Munns has demonstrated a track record of achieving rapid revenue growth through various strategies.

Earle Munns completed a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1980 to 1984. Earle then pursued a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, graduating in 1987.
