Angela L. is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in communications, business process management, and design. At NYC Alliance, Angela has held multiple roles, including Communications and Business Process, where collaboration with department leads led to the creation of high-level business process maps and the facilitation of weekly Kaizen workshops that enhanced operational efficiency. Prior to this position, Angela worked as an Associate Sweater Designer, focusing on trend analysis and collection development for several brands, and as an Assistant Designer, leading design projects and integrating Centric PLM. Angela began their career in real estate as an Office Manager at Chase Global M Realty, delivering exceptional customer service and supporting agents with listings and contracts. Educationally, Angela holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Binghamton University.
