Crystal Chen

Crystal Chen, MPA, has over seven years of experience in healthcare and managed care coordination. Currently serving as the Coordinated Care Support Services Supervisor at Elderplan Inc since February 2017, Crystal has progressed through various roles including Care Management Coordinator III and Managed Care Coordinator. Prior to this, Crystal worked as a Managed Care Coordinator at Prompt Personnel and gained experience in administrative roles at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital and UB Dental. Crystal holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Administration from LIU Brooklyn and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.
