Jake Relis Dpm

Jake Relis DPM is an experienced attending podiatric surgeon at NYC Health + Hospitals, specifically at Woodhull Medical Center since July 2023. Previously, Jake served as a Foot and Ankle Surgeon at Northern Ankle Foot Associates in 2022 and completed a residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center from July 2019 to June 2022. Jake earned a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Florida State University, obtained in 2015. Jake graduated with a High School Diploma from West Boca Raton High School in 2011.
