Thwiba also held the role of Program Implementation Manager at the NYC Department of Small Business Services, overseeing a multi-million dollar portfolio for tech training programs aimed at supporting low-income students. Earlier experience includes a Senior Associate position at Upwardly Global, where Thwiba concentrated on onboarding new immigrants and team development, as well as various leadership roles within Zain, a leading telecommunications company in Sudan. Thwiba's academic background includes an M.B.A., a Bachelor's degree in Zoology and Chemistry, and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Chemistry from the University of Khartoum.
