Joshua Piasnik has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Joshua started their career as a Store Manager at Computer Answers, where they troubleshooted hardware and software issues daily and trained employees on customer service policies. Joshua then worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University at Albany, assisting students with programming assignments and grading their work promptly.

After that, Joshua joined Tyler Technologies as an Associate Software Support Specialist, providing technical support to customers and maintaining professional relationships with clients. Joshua then moved on to the Statewide Financial System as an IT Specialist 1, where they handled user inquiries and resolved issues in a courteous and timely manner.
