Elan Cole

Elan Cole is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in creative leadership and design across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Board Member for NYCxDESIGN since October 2020, Elan was previously the Executive Vice President and Executive Creative Director at New York City Tourism + Conventions from July 2017 to October 2024. Elan has also mentored branding initiatives at SVA Groundfloor Incubator and operated as Designer and Owner at The Future Is Forever, delivering creative consulting for high-profile clients including Infiniti Motors and Samsung. Notable roles include Global Executive Creative Director at Interbrand and Global Creative Director at Johnson & Johnson, where Elan co-founded an internal creative group and drove significant innovation. Elan's educational background includes a BFA in Graphic Design and Photography from the University of Michigan and a business leadership program at Harvard Business School.
