Michael Pericas

Michael Pericas is an accomplished professional in the event production industry with extensive experience in rigging and project management. Currently serving as the Head Rigger at Avant Gardner since March 2023, Pericas also holds the position of Technical Production Manager at BUREAU BETAK. With a background that includes freelance project management at iDEKO and a long-term role as Production Manager at NYFF Events, Pericas has demonstrated versatility across various production environments. Previous positions include Production Manager for The Drone Racing League and multiple roles at BNW Rigging INC, Iatse Local 1, Bestek Lighting and Staging, Km Productions, and Impulse Productions, Inc., showcasing expertise in rigging, lighting, and technical management since 2005. Pericas holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Nassau Community College.
