Hannah Perrin is a Clinical Genomics Scientist at the New York Genome Center since October 2022, with previous experience at Invitae and extensive background in genetic research and laboratory management. At Invitae, responsibilities included variant interpretation and training on gene curation. A researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill from 2016 to 2022, Hannah generated and analyzed next-generation sequencing data. Prior experience as a supervisor at GeneDx involved managing laboratory workflow, training staff, and improving operational processes. Hannah holds a PhD in Genetics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, an MS in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a BA from St. Mary's College of Maryland.
