Kunal Pandit

Kunal Pandit is a seasoned researcher with a robust background in chemical engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Research Engineer at the New York Genome Center since July 2015, Kunal previously held the position of Research Engineer at the same institution. Prior experience includes a Graduate Research Assistant role at the University of Maryland from August 2009 to July 2015, where Kunal completed a doctoral dissertation and master's thesis under the guidance of Professors Ian White and Jeff Klauda, respectively. Additional experience encompasses volunteering at the National Institutes of Health in Dr. Will Prinz's lab, as well as working as a Grad Student Engineer at Combustion Science & Engineering, Inc. Kunal's academic credentials include a Ph.D. and a Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Maryland, along with a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution.
