The New York Genome Center
Marta Byrska-Bishop, Ph.D. is a Lead Scientist in Computational Biology at the New York Genome Center. Marta previously held positions at Geisinger Health System and Penn State University, where Marta worked as a Ph.D. Researcher. Marta also has experience as a Research Assistant at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and as a Fulbright Visiting Research Scholar at The University of Chicago. Marta holds a Ph.D. in Molecular, Cellular, and Integrative Biosciences from Penn State University, as well as a Master of Science in The Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences from Northwestern University and a Master of Science in Biology from Jagiellonian University.
