Sarah Rodwin

Associate Computational Biologist at The New York Genome Center

Sarah Rodwin is an Associate Computational Biologist at the New York Genome Center since July 2023. Prior experience includes conducting acoustic research at California Polytechnic State University with Professor Schroth-Glanz, focusing on Humpback whale vocalizations, and studying Endogenous Retro-viruses in renal cell carcinoma under Dr. Ishizuka at Ishizuka Lab. Additionally, Sarah contributed to research on Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and studied novel therapies for the SARS-Cov-2 virus at Yale University, where a grant proposal for new COVID-19 treatment options was developed. Sarah holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Yale University and a High School Diploma from Nichols School.
