Jim McGraw is the Director of Advertising Sales for NYI. As important technological advances in the TV media buying arena continue to evolve, Jim’s role of directing all campaigns with a data component continues to be a game-changer for clients. His role includes a significant focus on data, with targeting on the front end of campaigns and ROI reporting on the backend. Jim’s data and campaign strategy expertise in the areas of Addressable, TV+, and Streaming/OTT are essential in creating key holistic media plans that target audiences in a way that consistently elevates a brand’s reach and revenue.

Jim has been a proud member of the Cablevision family of companies practically since the onset of his 15+ years in the industry. He started as a Sales Assistant in 2004 and his career trajectory continued to advance as he took on roles across several departments including Project Management, Marketing, Pricing & Planning, and Business Development, before taking on a lead role in the area of Advanced/Addressable Sales.

Given his knack for communications, ease at being interviewed for podcasts, and successful stint as an on-air sportscaster in St. Cloud, Minnesota, it’s no surprise that Jim has a BA in TV/Radio from Ithaca College with a concentration in Video Production. When he’s not busy advancing the campaigns of NYI’s clients, Jim can be found enjoying time with his family on local hikes and trips to the lake, or showcasing his ride-or-die devotion to the New York Mets and Syracuse University by attending oh-so-many games.
