Laura Muzar

Laura Muzar has a diverse range of work experience in HR, People Operations, and Payroll roles. Laura is currently the Director of Recruiting at Nymbus, where they are responsible for leading the recruiting efforts. Prior to this, they served as the Director of People Operations at Nymbus, where they managed HR functions, implemented new HRIS & Payroll systems, and served as an HR Business Partner for various groups within the organization.

Before Nymbus, Laura worked at RLH Corporation as the Director and Head of People and Culture, leading the People & Culture team and driving positive culture and engagement initiatives. Laura also served as the People and Culture Manager at RLH Corporation, where they developed employee engagement initiatives, facilitated performance management processes, and conducted employee engagement surveys.

Prior to RLH Corporation, Laura worked at Lotus Concepts Management as an HR Manager, overseeing the HR department and talent acquisition process. Laura also served as an HR Generalist and Payroll and Benefits Administrator at Lotus Concepts Management.

Additionally, Laura has prior experience at Landry's as a Payroll Processor and at DXP Enterprises, Inc. as a Benefits/Payroll Administrator and Benefits Administrator. Laura also worked at Landry's Restaurants as an Administrative Assistant and Hostess.
