Caitlin McAnaney

Caitlin McAnaney has a diverse work experience, with their most recent role being Vice President of People at Nymbus where they partnered with the Chief People Officer to build the HR function of a high-growth fintech company. Prior to that, they were the Director of Human Resources at Perella Weinberg Partners and Director of People at Insider Intelligence, where they led HR functions and implemented initiatives focused on scalability, engagement, and transparency. Caitlin also worked at OppenheimerFunds as an AVP HR Relationship Manager and HR Relationship Manager, where they managed HR initiatives, supported business growth, and promoted culture development and diversity & inclusion. Caitlin began their career as a Human Resources Generalist at Publicis Healthcare Communications Group and worked in various HR roles at Citi. Caitlin also has experience in the hospitality industry, working as an Executive Administrative Manager and Accounting Assistant Manager at Hilton Times Square. Additionally, they interned in the Operations Department at Swissotel the Drake and in the Public Relations Department at Tiffany & Co.

Caitlin McAnaney holds a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University. Caitlin also completed a Certificate Program in Measuring and Improving Business Performance at Cornell University in 2019. Caitlin obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History and German Language/Literature from the University of Notre Dame. Caitlin further demonstrated proficiency in the German language by obtaining a Zertifikat Deutsch from the Goethe Institute in Munich in 2004.
