Brandon Luckino has over 20 years of work experience in the customer success, sales, and marketing fields. Brandon began their career in 2001 as an Event Coordinator and Sports Publishing for Sports Southeast, where they were responsible for marketing and promotions for major sporting events. In 2005, they moved to Turner Broadcasting System, where they worked as the Atlanta Thrashers (NHL) Marketing and Promotions, raising awareness through event promotion and running youth development hockey programs. From 2006 to 2009, they worked as a Sales and Marketing Manager for American Backyard, followed by a Regional Sales Representative for Tropitone Furniture Company in 2009. In 2010, they became a Publisher/Project Manager for Mediaplanet Publishing House Ltd. and then a National Sales Representative for NorthCape International in 2011. In 2017, they joined SecureAuth Corporation as a Customer Success Manager, where they managed a $4 million-dollar portfolio with up-sell target of $500k. Brandon also served as a thought leader and advocate to customers regarding access management, identity governance, and network security. In 2019, they moved to Core Security as a Senior Customer Success Manager, where they were responsible for customer's overall success, compliance and health. Brandon also joined WireWheel that same year as a Director of Customer Success and Enterprise Customer Success Manager. In 2022, they became the Director of Customer Success Management for Nymi.

Brandon Luckino attended Pomfret School from 1997-2000, where they earned a High School degree with a concentration in AP Art. From 2000-2003, they attended Rochester Institute of Technology - Saunders College of Business, studying Marketing and Graphic Design. Finally, from 2003-2005, they attended Valdosta State University and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, with a Minor in Art and a Concentration in Business Management.
