Kristina Näslund has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Kristina started their career as a Customer Service Agent at Iggesund Paperboard in 1999. Kristina then worked as an Information Coordinator, where they improved internal information and created an intranet for a centralized European sales organization. Kristina later transitioned to the role of Project Manager for Marketing Communications at the same company. In 2006, they worked as a Project Manager for Information at KTH, where they developed and produced information material. Kristina joined Nynas AB in 2007 and held several positions, including Project Manager for Marketing Communications and Head of Marketing Communications Naphthenics. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Head of Digital Media, responsible for the corporate presence in digital media and developing sustainable strategies. Kristina then became the Head of Marketing Communications and Digital Media, where they were in charge of overall planning and execution of marketing communications and the strategic development of corporate communication in digital media. Throughout their career, they have focused on content marketing, multi-channel strategies, and achieving goals and KPIs.

Kristina Näslund attended Mittuniversitetet from 1991 to 2002, where they obtained a degree in Ekonomie Magister in Marketing with a focus on Marketing and Management. In 1996, they studied Marketing and Management at Augusta State University for one year. Additionally, in 1997-1998, they pursued International Marketing at Uppsala University.
