Ole Kristian Sivertsen

Ole Kristian Sivertsen has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and positions. Ole Kristian currently holds the role of Vice President Strategy, Sustainability, Transformation and Operational Excellence at Nynas AB since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Chairman at SAR AS starting from September 2018. Ole also worked as Senior Advisor at Alvarez & Marsal from September to December 2022 and served as Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Norway AS from January 2020 to September 2022. Ole Kristian was also a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal Europe LLP from March 2016 to January 2020.

Before their time at Alvarez & Marsal, Ole served as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Agility Group AS, a full-service engineering, procurement, and construction company in the oil and gas industry, from January 2011 to December 2015. Ole Kristian also worked as a Director - Corporate Finance at Fearnley Fonds AS in 2010.

Earlier in their career, Ole held the position of Chief Executive Officer at Umoe BioEnergy, a bioethanol producer in Brazil, from April 2008 to December 2009. Ole Kristian was also the Group Chief Financial Officer at Umoe AS, a Norwegian investment company with a diverse portfolio, from October 2005 to April 2008.

In addition, Ole has experience working at Aker Kvaerner ASA, where they served as Executive Vice President Finance (CFO) from September 2002 to October 2005. Ole Kristian also held the role of Group Treasurer at Aker Kvaerner ASA, a company providing EPC and EPCM services to the oil and gas industry, from January 1993 to September 2002.

Ole Kristian Sivertsen completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, General from Bedriftsøkonomisk Institutt in Oslo from 1980 to 1984.
