Emmeline Newland-Babson

Emmeline Newland-Babson, MS, RN, currently serves as a Registered Nurse at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since January 2023. Prior experiences include a Research Intern at The George Institute for Global Health, where research in food policy areas was conducted, and various leadership roles at New York University, including Co-Sponsorship Chair of the Upper Echelon Tau Epsilon Chapter of Sigma Gamma Rho Sorority and Political Action Chair of the Black Student Union. Emmeline has also held positions that focus on patient advocacy and education, including an Advocate role at Health Leads and ENPOWR Project Intern with the Endometriosis Foundation of America. Educational accomplishments include a Master of Science in Nursing Science from Columbia University and a Bachelor of Arts in Global Public Health and Anthropology from New York University.
