Mike M. Medina

Mike M. Medina is a professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and workforce development. Currently serving as a Talent Advocate at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since March 2022, Mike focuses on workforce planning and development, specifically in academic clinical relationships. Previously, roles included Talent Acquisition Recruiter targeting nursing and nursing support staff, as well as academic programs. Prior to NewYork-Presbyterian, Mike held the position of Assistant Director of Undergraduate Admissions at both Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and The College of Saint Rose. Additionally, Mike served as a Student Success Coach at Schenectady County Community College. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from The College of Saint Rose and a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego.
