Raymond Morales

Raymond Morales is an experienced professional in labor relations and employee relations, currently serving as the Assistant Director of Labor Relations at ACLU's National office in New York since February 2023. Prior to this role, Raymond worked as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts, managing performance improvement plans and fostering a people-first culture. Raymond's earlier positions include Manager of Employee and Labor Relations at Lincoln Center, Business Representative and Assistant to Senior Business Representatives at Actors' Equity Association, and various roles including Legal Assistant and Internships in notable organizations such as Granite International Management LLC, Theatre Communications Group, and The Broadway League. Raymond holds a Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University ILR School and a Bachelor of Arts in Theater and English from Gettysburg College.
