Shannaya Armand

Shannaya Armand, MHA, currently serves as a Specialist Data Service Line at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital since August 2023, following extensive experience in data analysis and patient financial services at Atlantic Health System from March 2014 to November 2024. In various roles, including Data Analyst and Medicaid Billing Team Lead, Shannaya led a team of twelve, managed billing processes, analyzed claims, and provided staff training while collaborating with insurance companies. Prior experience includes positions at multiple medical centers, ranging from Emergency Room Clinical Assistant to Patient Care Technician. Shannaya's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Albright College and a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Rutgers University.
