Bill began their career as a Graduate Assistant at Marshall University before moving to roles such as Exercise Physiologist at Columbia - Raleigh General Hospital and Athletic, Health, and Physical Education Director at Mountain State University. Bill then transitioned into the health and fitness industry as a Clinical Director at BODYWORKS Health Fitness Rehabilitation. Subsequently, Bill took on roles in safety management at Cleveland-Cliffs and ArcelorMittal before joining Nyrstar. Bill Hart holds a Bachelor of Science Education in Health, Safety, and Physical Education from Concord University, earned from 1991 to 1995. Bill then pursued a Master of Science in Exercise Science/Cardiac Rehabilitation at Marshall University from 1996 to 1998. Later, they attended Walden University from 2009 to 2013, working towards a Research Doctorate (ABD) in Business Administration and Management, General - Executive Leadership, and concurrently obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Executive Leadership in 2012 and 2013.
