Brittany Gaynor has a solid background in social work, with experience in various roles and positions. Brittany started their career as a Therapeutic Staff Support at Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in 2007 and later transitioned to be a Therapeutic Staff Support at Family Enrichment Center P.C. in 2010. In 2011, they became a Mobile Therapist at Family Enrichment Center P.C. before moving on to be a Social Worker at Edgecombe County Department of Social Services in 2012. Brittany then joined ACHIEVE NY in 2014, where they held roles such as Behavior Specialist, Behavior Specialist Supervisor, Director of Clinical Services, and currently, Vice President of Innovation and Clinical Services.
Brittany Gaynor earned their High School Diploma from Blue Ridge School. Brittany then went on to complete a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Keystone College in 2007. Following that, they obtained a Master of Science in Psychology from the University of Phoenix in 2010.
