Gianfranco Santaniello

Gianfranco Santaniello is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in budgeting and accounting. Currently serving as a Budget Analyst at the NYS Division of Homeland Security & Emergency Services since August 2024, Gianfranco has also held the position of Accountant at the New York State Insurance Fund (NYSIF) since January 2015. Prior to these roles, Gianfranco worked as a Tax Technician at the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance for a brief period in 2014. Gianfranco earned a Master of Science in Accounting from The College of Saint Rose, completing the degree between 2011 and 2015.
