Sachelle Myrtil, MPH, serves as a Program Manager at the CDC Foundation, where responsibilities include managing a $10 million COVID-19 program portfolio in collaboration with the New York State Department of Health, and automating state-wide survey processes. As a self-employed Labor and Delivery and Postpartum Doula, Sachelle provides support for birthing individuals and their families. Previously, roles at the New York State Department of Health included Program Data Manager/Evaluation Specialist, Quality Assurance Manager, and Vaccine Data Manager, with a focus on data analysis, quality assurance for vaccination efforts, and oversight of clinical operations at COVID-19 testing sites. Earlier experience includes research roles at the University at Albany and a Graduate Assistantship in public health education. Sachelle holds a Master of Public Health in Social Behavior and Community Health from the University at Albany School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology with a concentration in Medical Anthropology from SUNY Geneseo.
