Pooja Mishra

Pooja Mishra is currently a Product Manager at Nytro.ai. Pooja has previously worked as a Business Analyst at Regalix from March 2018 to May 2021 and at Cybage Software from July 2012 to February 2018.

Pooja has extensive experience in requirement gathering, analysis, detailed requirements design, workflow design, functional testing, and Use Case development. Pooja has also worked closely with all stakeholders within a project, including development and testing teams.

Pooja's experience in the payments industry has involved their in gap analysis and risk management for the product, analyzing Online/Offline Transaction processes, Fraud and dispute management, CRM Tools, Back Office reporting, reconciliation and settlement processes. Pooja has also handled Merchant demo, Internal PVTs and production support to merchants.

Pooja Mishra received their bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University.

Pooja Mishra reports to Mike Stone, CEO. They work with Daniela Guizar - Customer Success Manager, Ravish Kamath - CPO, and Vlad Mendoza - Head of Product Design.
