Prashanth Kumar Madaka is a seasoned professional in the field of PeopleSoft HCM, currently serving as the Lead Analyst for Solutions Development at NYU Langone Health since July 2022. With extensive experience across multiple organizations, including UnitedHealth Group, AdventHealth, and the University of South Carolina, Prashanth has demonstrated expertise in systems design, testing, deployment, and support of PeopleSoft HCM applications, focusing on core HR, payroll, and benefits management. Prashanth's consultative roles have involved enhancing system capabilities, facilitating requirement sessions, and leading full project life cycles to ensure successful implementations. Prashanth holds a Master’s degree in Communication Engineering from Vellore Institute of Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University.
