Celia Wright

Celia Wright, MPH, serves as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching courses in the School of Public Health, including Introduction to Epidemiology and Research Methods in Public Health. With a strong background in public health strategy and advocacy, Celia has held various roles, including Senior Associate Strategy Officer and Associate Strategy Officer at Open Society Foundations. Past experience includes program management at HEALTH for Youths, communications and advocacy support at Global Health Strategies, and graduate-level teaching assistantship at Columbia University, where Celia received the "Outstanding Teaching Assistant" award. Other notable positions include Program Manager at Burma Children Medical Fund and research roles at Columbia University’s National Center for Children in Poverty. Celia Wright earned an MPH in Health Policy & Management from Columbia University and a BS in Public Health from The Ohio State University.
