Mika Austin

Mika Austin currently holds the position of General Manager Human Resources at NZ Super Fund, a role that has been fulfilled since September 2012. Prior to this, Mika served as Head of Human Resources within the same organization. Before joining NZ Super Fund, Mika worked as a Senior Associate at Russell McVeagh from 2005 to 2012 and as an Associate at the Financial Conduct Authority from August 2004 to October 2005. Educational qualifications include a degree from The University of Auckland, completed between 1995 and 2000.
