Shendi Mani

Shendi Mani is a Senior Advisor - Te Kapehu Change at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since August 2023, leading various initiatives, including the implementation of a decision-making tool and reporting on key initiatives aligned with GPS 2024. Prior to this role, Shendi was a Transportation Engineer at Abley from January 2019 to August 2023, acquiring experience in traffic engineering, road safety analysis, and business case development. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Transportation Engineer position at The University of Auckland, focused on storm-related infrastructure damage research, and a Project Management Intern role at Fletcher Construction Company. Shendi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from The University of Auckland and a recently completed degree in Maori Culture and Language from Te Wānanga o Aotearoa.
