Susan Slater

Susan Slater is an experienced professional with a strong background in marketing, communications, and programme management. Currently serving as the Planning Performance and Programme Manager at Waka Kotahi NZ Transport Agency since May 2023, Susan previously held various roles at Te Hiringa Hauora | Health Promotion Agency, including Manager Wellbeing Through Prevention and Programme Manager for Tobacco Control. With prior experience at the Tertiary Education Commission as a Senior Communications Advisor and a notable tenure at ACC, where responsibilities included leading marketing strategies and managing communication efforts across multiple operational units, Susan has developed expertise in stakeholder management and product development.
