Sutar M is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business architecture and technical project management across various organizations. Currently serving as a PEGA Lead Business Architect at NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, Sutar focuses on enhancing organizational processes. Previously held the role of Senior Manager at Tenzing Limited, leading technical initiatives such as data migration and the NZ Police Pega upgrade. At Wells Fargo, Sutar was the Lead Business Architect for the Enterprise Complaint Management Platform, successfully implementing a PEGA-based solution for a large user base. Prior experience includes managerial and project leadership roles at Cognizant and Tech Mahindra, where Sutar developed a solid foundation in business requirements analysis and integration technologies. Sutar holds a Bachelor of Technology degree from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha.
