Trent Maulder

Trent Maulder is an accomplished leader in Learning and Organisational Development with extensive experience across several organisations, including NZ Transport Agency Waka Kotahi, Callaghan Innovation, and Inland Revenue NZ. Currently serving as the Manager of Learning & Organisational Development at Waka Kotahi, Trent leads initiatives focused on leadership, change, diversity, inclusion, and organisational culture. Previous roles include Manager and Senior OD positions at Callaghan Innovation, with a strong emphasis on enhancing leadership capabilities and workplace culture. With foundational expertise gained at Inland Revenue NZ, Trent has effectively partnered with senior leaders to promote engagement and development while also possessing a background in recruitment and team leadership. Trent holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature and Art History from Victoria University of Wellington.
