Bobby Shen

Bobby Shen is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in architecture and sustainable development. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager for Existing Buildings at NZGBC, Bobby focuses on enhancing sustainability in the property sector. Alongside this role, Bobby assesses assignments for the Sustainable Real Estate course at the University of Cambridge and serves as a member of the Puketāpapa Local Board for Auckland Council. Previous experience includes architectural design roles at Eclipse Architecture and Kay & Keys Architects Limited, and contributions to urban design initiatives as an intern at Waterfront Auckland. Bobby holds advanced degrees in architecture from The University of Auckland and specialization in Business Sustainability Management from the University of Cambridge, complemented by governance courses from the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
