Nina Martynn

Nina Martynn is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in outdoor and community-focused roles. Currently serving as a Senior Head Instructor at blueFire Wilderness since April 2024, Nina also works as a Raft Guide for OARS Companies, Inc. since June 2022, following a previous position as an Assistant Field Guide at blueFire Wilderness from November 2022 to November 2023. Nina has contributed to public health initiatives as part of the COVID Division at Plumas County Public Health Agency and has experience in media and communications from tenure at the Sierra Institute for Community and Environment. Earlier roles include Wellness Coordinator at Feather River Community College District and various positions within Plumas Unified School District. Nina holds a Bachelor of Science in International Agriculture Development from the University of California, Davis, and an Associate's degree in Outdoor Recreation and Leadership from Feather River Community College District.
