Brad Swoverland

Brad Swoverland currently serves as the Managing Director at O.C. Tanner, leading sales, strategy, and business development initiatives since October 2021. Prior to this role, Brad held positions at Citrix as a Global Account Manager, focusing on the performance and growth of major enterprise accounts, and at Gartner as a Senior Account Executive for healthcare major accounts. Brad's earlier experience includes a significant tenure at Verizon Wireless, where responsibilities ranged from Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Development to Major Accounts Manager and Account Executive, consistently driving sales and exceeding performance targets. Brad holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from the University of St. Thomas and also attended the University of Minnesota Duluth.
