Dana Rogers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, has a wealth of experience in the field of human resources and people operations. Dana began their career at Entech, Inc. in 1990, where they worked as an HRIS Analyst/Records Administrator for nearly six years. In 1996, they joined Montana Power Company, initially as an HRIS Analyst before being promoted to the role of SAP HR Business Analyst in 1999. After three years, they moved on to NorthWestern Energy in 2002, where they continued their work as an SAP HR Business Analyst. In 2004, they joined O.C. Tanner as a Manager of HRIS Administration and steadily climbed the corporate ladder, holding positions such as Director of People Systems and Total Rewards, Vice President of People Operations, and currently serving as Vice President of People & Great Work. Throughout their career, Dana Rogers has consistently demonstrated their expertise in various aspects of human resources, making their a valuable asset to any organization.
Dana Rogers, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business & Information Technology from Montana Technological University in the years 1997 to 2001. In addition to their degree, Dana has obtained certifications such as the Senior Professional in Human Resources® (SPHR®) Certification from HRCI in August 2008, and the SHRM-SCP Certification from SHRM in August 2015. Recently, Dana also completed the "Developing a Learning Mindset" course offered by LinkedIn in 2020.
