Jason Smoot

Jason Smoot is an experienced professional in client success and marketing project management, currently serving as a Client Success Manager at O.C. Tanner since October 2022. Previously, Jason held various roles at Synergy WorldWide from August 2010 to March 2022, including Marketing Project Manager, Manager of Quality Management and Corporate Training, Customer Service Supervisor for the Nordic Countries, and Scandinavian Customer Service Agent. Prior experience includes positions as Fine Jewelry Manager at Finlay Fine Jewelry/Macy's from October 2006 to June 2009, and Customer Service/Cash Office Manager at Meier & Frank from January 2000 to June 2006.
