Natalie Hayes

Vice President, Client Success at O.C. Tanner

Natalie Hayes has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Natalie started their career in 1992 as a Small Business Owner and Animal Behaviorist at Wasatch K-9, where they specialized in training service animals, dog training for the public, and advanced police and search and rescue dogs. In 1997, they joined O.C. Tanner as Vice President of Client Success, leading a team of over 150 members and working with fortune 100 companies to provide recognition solutions. In 2010, they became an Alumni of the FBI UT Citizens Academy. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Small Business Owner of Big Hazy's Ice Cream, an artisan ice cream shop with daily churned flavors.

Natalie Hayes attended the University of Utah and Weber State University from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Organizational Communication, General.
