Selma Mlikota

Selma Mlikota has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Selma started their career at O.C. Tanner in 2004, where they worked their way up to become the Marketing Director in charge of Award Product Management. Prior to that, they served as the Marketing Product Manager and Manager of People and Great Work. Selma'stenure at O.C. Tanner lasted until 2023.

In 2017, Selma joined One Refugee, a non-profit organization focused on improving refugee prosperity. Selma served as the Executive Director of Corporate Partnerships, where they worked closely with local corporations to develop and maintain partnerships that supported the organization's mission. Selma's role included identifying employer partners, increasing program sponsorship, and fostering mutually beneficial relationships. Selma'stime at One Refugee ended in 2019.

Selma Mlikota holds a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences/Liberal Studies from Utah State University. In addition to their degree, they have obtained multiple certifications throughout their career. Selma has an Executive Leadership Certificate and a Professional Education - Advanced Human Resources Management Certificate, both from the University of Utah. Selma is also a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and has completed the Women's Leadership Institute Career Development Series. Additionally, they have a certification in Criterion Referenced Instruction from The Center for Effective Performance, Inc.
